MedStart Workshop: Emergency Medicine

Hello everyone!

We are excited to announce our upcoming MedStart Workshop: Emergency Medicine. Students will spend a day learning like the doctors in the Pitt! 

This free, one-day, in-person program will take place on Saturday, February 28th, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Mount Sinai Hospital.

Check-in will be from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM.

The MedStart program is designed for students currently in Grades 6, 7, and 8, and is led and directed by medical students at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

Applications will be accepted through Google Forms, which can be accessed here: Sign Up Form.

Please have your child present while completing the application. The short-answer questions at the end should be filled out by the student themselves.

Acceptances will be confirmed as applications are received, so please submit your application as early as possible. Filling out this application does not guarantee participation in the program. We can only select 50 students due to limited space.
